• Written and verbal support on SEF (Self Evaluation Form) – Croydon and Hounslow schools
• Support, advice and visits – Kent, Croydon and Hounslow schools
• Visits to schools  - assessment, maths, exams, outreach, leadership, staffing issues, OfSTED planning, SEF etc. 12 staff from different schools at different times
• Support for new BESD head, advice on many issues new to the head
• Response to e-mail and phone requests on various topics - 20+

Saving Time

The school had purchased a piece of internet based SEF/SDP planning software. (CASPA)

I had ideas how to launch with staff, however through engage in their future networking I knew of a BESD school that was using the same software.

Rang them and had 10 minute discussion. Not only did it clarify my thoughts but the discussion also gave the other school some ideas on how to further develop their use of the software.  We have now agreed to keep in touch regarding uses of the software. It is good to bounce ideas off another person not necessarily close to your own school.
